What exactly do I get when I buy a kit?+
Every kit is an instant download containing printable clues, QR-coded gameplay, a host guide, social-media prompts, and a theme guide. As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll receive an email with secure access to your files.
How quickly do custom experiences ship?+
After purchase you'll be sent a needs-analysis form. Once you submit it, City and Personality editions are delivered within 3–5 business days; Fully Customized and VIP Signature experiences within 7–10 business days.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your Account page and keep access through the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Can I use these kits for paid events or my clients?+
Personal-use kits are licensed for your own celebrations. To resell or white-label experiences for clients, choose a Partnership License or the Pro Planner membership.
Do you ship physical items?+
Our standard kits are 100% digital — you print at home or at any local print shop. Some Premium Packages include keepsakes; those ship within the US.

Do you offer refunds?+
See our Refund Policy. Standard digital kits are final sale; custom orders can be refunded within 24 hours if production hasn't started; memberships can be cancelled anytime.
