Downloadable Kits
Because our kits are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales of standard kits are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, email hello@maisonsante2026.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
Custom & Personalized Experiences
Custom experiences are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once your needs-analysis form is submitted and design work has started, the order is non-refundable. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; we do not pro-rate refunds for the current billing period, but you keep access through the end of that period.
Partnership Licenses
Partnership and white-label licenses are non-refundable once delivered, given the commercial rights granted.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@maisonsante2026.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
